Malaysia | Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (UNIMUS), once again demonstrated their academic excellence at the international level by participating in the International Essay Competition held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on October 18–19, 2025.
In this international competition, which brought together university students from various Southeast Asian countries, UNIMUS sent two representative teams: the Ngideonomics Team and the Tadinya Mesra Team. Both teams presented innovative and competitive ideas addressing economic, social, and global development issues.
Under the supervision of their advisor, Andro Dewantara Noegroho, S.E., M.M., the UNIMUS students achieved remarkable accomplishments, earning 1 silver medal, 3 bronze medals, and a Favorite Poster award. These achievements reflect the students’ strong ideas, creativity, and analytical skills in an international academic competition.
This success not only strengthens UNIMUS’s global reputation but also highlights the faculty’s consistent efforts in encouraging students to actively participate in international academic forums and to continuously develop critical thinking, innovation, and collaboration skills.
